You agree that:

  • You will not sell, resell, share, or redistribute any Course content;

  • You will not create competing products or services based on any information contained in the Courses;

  • You will comply with any specific Course terms and conditions.

 

7 .Use of Free Downloadable Content

Claire Hill LTD may provide various resources, including free downloadable content, paid courses, programs, templates, and associated materials in exchange for an email address. By downloading or accessing this content you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your personal or internal business purposes only.

 

You agree that:

  • You will not modify, copy, reproduce, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or exploit any Freemium Content;

  • You will not sell, resell, share, or redistribute any Freemium Content;

  • You will not create competing products or services based on any information contained within this content

8. Cancellation / Refund Policy

Claire Hill LTD wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and to benefit from our programs. At the same time, we require that you give your best effort to apply the strategies and instructions provided in any Course, Program, or Membership.

 

To be eligible for a cancellation or refund within 14 days of receipt:

  1. You must demonstrate that you have made reasonable efforts to implement the strategies, tools, and instructions provided in the relevant program.

  2. You must submit any required work, assignments, or evidence as outlined in the terms for the Course or Program for which you are requesting a refund.

 

Upon review, if Claire Hill LTD determines that you meet the criteria for a refund, we will instruct our payment processor to issue the refund. Please note that we do not control the payment processor and cannot expedite the process.

 

A refund will immediately terminate your right to access any of the materials provided as part of the purchase, including but not limited to:

  • Video recordings, audio recordings, slide decks, and written materials

  • Templates, forms, and worksheets

  • Access to membership areas, private groups, and forums

  • Any other resources provided in connection with the purchase

 

By purchasing or enrolling in a Course, Program, or Membership, you acknowledge that refunds are conditional upon compliance with the above requirements.

9. Communications

By accessing the website or sending emails or other electronic messages to Claire Hill LTD, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. This includes agreements, notices, disclosures, updates, and other communications related to your use of the website, Courses, Programs, Memberships, or other services. Claire Hill LTD is under no obligation to use, review, or respond to any Submissions. We may remove, edit, or refuse to post any Submissions at our sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all.

You agree that you will not submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
