In today’s episode I speak to Laura Aura, a branding expert turned keynote speaker and coach. Laura has recently made big and bold moves to sell her 17 year agency career to pursue her passion full time.

In this conversation, Laura shares her journey of ‘do it all’ mentality to a more intentional and balanced way of working. She describes how selling her agency allowed her to focus on what she truly loves: connecting with audiences, speaking, and coaching.

Laura also dives into a subject I am truly passionate about, the importance of self-care, both mentally and physically. She shares the hard lessons of learning to prioritise her own needs, understanding her limits, and letting go of societal pressures to constantly give to others.

With raw honesty, we chat about unlearning old habits and embracing new perspectives, all with the goal of creating a life that feels genuinely brilliant!
