Dear 25 Year Old Me: Life Lessons and Reflections

25 year old Claire Hill dancing at a festival

I’m proud of you.

I’m proud that you dared to buy your own property at 22, so you’d never have to fear not having a home again.

I’m proud you became the youngest manager in the organisation (so far) and held your own, rising above the haters to do a bloody amazing job.

I’m proud you kept going through some really hard times, always believing that if you just kept moving forward, all that effort would pay off.

I’m proud you worked so damn hard, even when it felt like that was all you had left to give.

I’m proud you nurtured your friendships; most of them still going strong today.

I’m proud you moved on from that donut who dumped you… because you found someone even better.

I’m proud you started your first proper business (the first two were just practice runs) and decided to take it seriously.

Here’s what you don’t know yet…

You’re going to start a master’s degree, and through your research you’ll create the Warrior Boss Method, a framework that changes lives.

You’re going to build an online home for women and mums in business, The Vivid Business Club; the safe-sweet-spot for chasing your dreams without the hustle.

You’re going to embrace your vividness and realise that the people you were “too much” for were never your people.

You’re going to become a powerful coach for warrior-spirited men and women in business; the ones who dare to dream bigger and braver than they were ever taught to.

You’re going to step fully into your superpower, energy that changes lives, and crown yourself Queen of Unstoppable Self-Belief, because nobody teaches it like you do.

You’re going to become an incredible mum to your son Jackson and marry the man of your dreams.

You’re going to be braver and bolder than you ever imagined.

You’re going to learn how to ask for help and receive it, with a massive smile.

You’re going to help clients get huge results and change their lives, and you’ll feel a fuck ton of happiness watching their dreams come true.

You’re going to build a community and a business, all by yourself, but with plenty of help along the way.

You’re going to become the woman you needed.

You’re going to dream really big… and make it happen.

And you’re going to learn how to show off and shout about your wins, because if you don’t, who will?

Be proud.

Shout loud.

Own your superpowers and tell the world about them.

Because if you don’t, your dream people are missing out.
