If you’re an ambitious business owner, you’re likely spinning a dozen plates at once. From client work and social media to emails, marketing, and family life, it’s a lot. But let me ask you this:
Are you truly being productive, or just busy?
Because if you’re ending your day feeling frazzled and wondering what you even accomplished, it might be time to look at your approach to productivity for business a little differently.
We’ve been conditioned to believe that being productive means doing more, working longer hours, and hustling non-stop. But I want to offer you something different, something kinder—and actually more effective.
💡 Real productivity for business is not about doing more. It’s about doing less, better.
I'm going to break down the exact three-step system I use to help business owners, just like you, get more done in less time, without burning out or losing momentum. It’s helped hundreds of clients feel calm, capable, and actually in control of their businesses.
So, let’s walk through those tools now, shall we?

Step 1: The Kickstart Formula – How to Get Moving Fast
Ever sit down to work, stare at your to-do list, and do absolutely nothing for 30 minutes? That’s classic procrastination—and it’s draining. The Kickstart Formula is my go-to method for breaking through it fast.
Here’s how to do it:
Brain dump everything that’s cluttering your mind.
Highlight the non-negotiables only—the things that really matter today.
Order them from worst to best, and start with the one you’re dreading most.
This clears your mental space and gets you into action mode quickly. And when you apply this regularly, it becomes second nature.
Step 2: The 1% Factor – Trick Your Brain Into Momentum
One of the biggest blocks to productivity for business? Waiting until you feel “ready.”
The 1% Factor flips this on its head by using action to create motivation. All you need to do is:
Set a timer for two minutes,
Start the first step of the task,
Tell yourself you can stop after that (but you probably won’t want to).
This works especially well for the jobs you avoid—sales emails, admin, that awkward follow-up. It’s simple but powerful.
Step 3: The Productivity Loop – Break the Cycle of Self-Doubt
If you’ve ever found yourself stuck in a cycle of procrastination, guilt, and self-doubt, you’re not alone. I call this The Productivity Loop. But once you name it, you can break it.
Use the Kickstart Formula and the 1% Factor together to rewire your habits. The more consistently you apply these, the more confidence you build. Confidence creates momentum. Momentum creates results.
And that’s where the magic starts.
"You don’t need more time; you need a better strategy and more self-belief"
Let’s be honest. You don’t need another planner or another "just work harder" message.

💬 Final Thought
Productivity for business is not about cramming more into your day. It’s about aligning your actions with your priorities and working in a way that actually feels good. You’re not lazy, unmotivated, or bad at business; you just haven’t been shown a system that fits.
Let’s make some sh*t happen 🔥
